The two new Eco-Prefects introduced themselves and representatives across all school years will be busy over the next few months preparing an Eco-Review and developing an Eco-Action Plan.

Not surprisingly, global warming and plastic waste were the top two concerns from an initial poll and action will start in earnest at the next meeting on Thursday 30 September.

COP26 – bringing action to School

With the UN Climate Summit COP26 approaching fast, plans are underway for an Eco-Summit across the School, taking place between 1-5 November. Staff and students alike will have the chance to take part in amnesties, actions and activities across the week.

The Lizzies 2025

QEH Sports Day 2025 was full of energy and school spirit, with students, staff, and families coming together despite the drizzle. From exciting races to a tasty BBQ, it was a great celebration of the school year—topped off by Bird House winning the H.P. Stoate Cup.

An Adrenaline-fueled Sports Day 2025!

Live theatre is here to stay at QEH, as pupils from Years 3 and 4 put on an incredible production of Jack and the Beanstalk last week in our theatre.

We are immensely grateful for your teaching, support and guidance. My daughter’s had a terrific time at QEH. Results day made us very proud of course; and the warmth and mutual respect of staff and students filled the room. The environment at QEH has helped my daughter grow, be challenged, and really learn about herself and the world. Thank you again, and may the school continue to thrive.
