Sport, both team and individual, remain very popular in the Sixth Form at QEH.
Often, people who stopped playing team games earlier in their school career opt to revive their interest in sport in the Sixth Form.
Currently we offer a variety of sports including: rugby; football; hockey; netball; cricket; swimming; badminton; squash; basketball; sailing; hiking, climbing and gym packages to name a few.
Our Sixth Form sport options are for all abilities and levels, so whether you are trying a sport for the first time, or are already playing it at a high level, there is a place for you.
In the Sixth Form you will often have the opportunity to organise, as well as to participate in, House sporting events.
Our Outdoor Education department also run the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme as well as co-ordinating our Ten Tors teams.
