Sixth Form at QEH
The Sixth Form years are special.
They are the time when students take on increased responsibility and develop a rounded maturity, resilience and strength of character which equip them for the challenges of the world beyond.
The co-educational Sixth Form at QEH provides the ideal environment for learning and friendships to flourish. It is an exciting time of change and self-discovery for all.
Small teaching and tutor groups guarantee optimum individual attention and guidance. This may be about managing your work load and commitments outside the classroom, or guiding you through the university application process with maximum success.
Results at QEH are strong and place us amongst the top schools in the South-West. Pupils will leave QEH not only with academic results, but also the confidence and wider skills which are essential requirements for world-class universities and successful careers. We offer a wide range of subjects at A-Level, details of which can be found in our Sixth Form Prospectus.
Overall, success in the Sixth Form is a fine balance between hard work and time for self-development and fun – be it joining the school choir, completing your Duke of Edinburgh Award, speaking in a debating competition or helping to organise a Sixth Form charity event. We are experienced at helping you achieve this balance and look forward to working with you.
