As well as being Head of Religion and Philosophy, Zak leads our digital vision. He was instrumental in developing our excellent online learning offering during lockdown, much to the relief of our parents, and is now leading the roll out of our school device programme.

To mark the start of Black History Month, Head of History, Lottie Coleman has created a short video to share with QEH pupils at their assemblies during October.

In the video, Miss Coleman makes the important point that Black History is British History and British History is Black History. Indeed, she points out that there is historical evidence that black Britons predate the arrival of Anglo Saxons from northern Europe, the people who would go on to become ‘English’. Miss Coleman’s fascinating glimpse into this important topic can be seen below.
