The prize-giving ceremonies may look a little different this year, but we couldn’t let the successes of our students over the last 12 months go uncelebrated.

Instead of our whole school prize-giving ceremony, usually held at Clifton Cathedral, this week sees us celebrating in year group bubbles instead. While parents, alumni and other guests are missed this year, the year groups are more than making up for it by clapping and and cheering their fellow pupils’ achievements with plenty of enthusiasm. Instead of a handshake from an external speaker, each student was congratulated with a fist bump from Mr Heathcote!

Year 11 were the first year group to receive their prizes yesterday, with the Year 12 ceremony earlier today and Years 8,9 and 10 will be receiving their prizes throughout the rest of this week.

Next year we look forward to welcoming guests back to our usual ceremony and reception.
