Once again, pupils at QEH are celebrating an outstanding collection of GCSE results.

Rupert Heathcote, Head of QEH, has congratulated all pupils who have received their GCSE results this morning.

“Despite the challenges of recent times, I am delighted to see our pupils’ success right across the curriculum in this summer’s GCSE exams. Their efforts have been rewarded with an outstanding set of results and we are enormously proud of them. Whether ‘zooming’ from isolation at home or working here in class, their resilience and hard work has certainly paid off.

I would also like to thank the QEH staff for all their encouragement and congratulate the families who have been so supportive. We look forward to welcoming Year 11 to Sixth Form next month!”

Some particularly notable results include Jacob Yudkin with 12 grade 9s, Will Philip, 10 grade 9s and a grade 8, and Ben Edey, 10 grade 9s and a grade 8.

QEH Sixth Forms girls enjoyed a rugby coaching session with Bristol Bears.

Our son is engaged and cheerful, getting on with the tasks which are diverse, interesting and meaningful for him.  It’s a big enough workload to keep him busy but not to overwhelm.
Thank you so much for all you are doing.
