Some of the bands and soloists chose rock classics while others preferred to showcase their own compositions. The performances were thrilling and the audience responded enthuiastically. Indeed there was a standing ovation for guitar maestro, Ollie Peszynski - an Unplugged first!
The breadth and depth of musical talent at QEH is something we are very proud of. More than half of our students have musical instrument lessons from at least one of the seventeen peripatetic music teachers who work at QEH.
The audience left the Theatre last night already looking forward to the next musical highlight of the year - JingleJam on Friday 9 December, featuring Christmas carols from the choir followed by classic Christmas hits with the Jazz Band.
